- Ceiling Plastering Completed from GF to 11th floor
- Internal Plastering 100% completed in 1st, 6th & 7th floor. 50% completed in all other floors upto 11th floor.
- Balcony handrail 100% completed. Staircase handrail 80% completed.
- External plastering 100% completed at South side. B block East – 70%, B block West – 50%, A block east side – 10%
- Sewage Treatment Plant fully functional.
- Grey Water Treatment plant - structure 100% completed
- Internal Plumbing & Electrical works GF to 8th floor 100% completed. 9th & 10th floor 80% completed.
- Toilet waterproofing GF to 7th floor 75% completed.
