Mr. Rahiman's path to real estate leadership began with distinguished international experience that shaped his global perspective on business ethics and environmental responsibility. As a Chartered Accountant qualified from the United Kingdom, he developed the financial acumen and strategic thinking that would later become the foundation of CoEvolve's transparent business model.

His professional journey took him across continents, from successfully managing construction contracting operations in Saudi Arabia during the 1980s to serving as Chief Financial Officer of Mobil Oil Corporation's Middle East region. This diverse international exposure provided him with unique insights into global construction standards, environmental regulations, and the critical importance of ethical business practices across cultures.
