  • Understand all completed & ongoing projects and their unique features to explain clearly to customers
  • Improve lead management processes to enable maximum lead conversion
  • Generate higher walk-ins from all types of leads
  • Cross-use leads for various projects
  • Calling prospective customers and explaining the features of the project
  • Meticulous follow up with the clients and to fix up site visits
  • Suggesting the best property to the clients based on their requirements and budget
  • Participating in property exhibitions and other BTL activities
  • Lead Generation through various sources
  • To ensure the pre-set calling & site visit targets are achieved
  • Handle incoming calls
  • Close collaboration with other functional departments to ensure full customer satisfaction
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience in Pre-Sales preferably in Real Estate
  • Motivated
  • Excellent communication skill (English, Hindi, Kannada)
  • Target oriented
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales and revenue reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Responsible for generating leads, negotiating and closing sales
  • Fix up site visits with clients and brief them about the project
  • Must learn about all the special features of the project/s including any sustainability features
  •  Meticulous follow up with the clients and convince them on the property investment and its benefits
  • Generate referrals from existing CoEvolve customers and promote CoEvolve projects
  • Ensure complete satisfaction of the customer from site visit till the handover of the project
  • Suggest the best property to the clients based on their requirements and budget
  • Participate in property exhibitions and other BTL (Below the line) activities
  • Lead Generation through various sources
  • To ensure the pre-set sales targets are achieved
  • Handle NRI & HNI clients
  • Develop sales strategies and execution of the same
  • Market research, market intelligence, sales analysis, feedback and reporting
  •  Keeping up to date information on products of our competitors
  • To work with channel partners to generate sales through them
  • Ensure regular product & price updates to channel partners
  • Close collaboration with other functional departments to ensure full customer satisfaction

Experience leading a sales team (15-20 members). Must have experience selling in North Bangalore. Sales in residential flats / plots / villas. Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Great Leadership skills.

  • Experience: 10-15 years of experience in Real Estate Sales (preferably plots & apartments).
  • Work Location: Project Site (Should be willing to travel across Sites / Expo / Exhibitions etc.)
  • Linguistic Capability: Fluency in English is a must. Hindi and other languages are a plus
