    Job Description

  • Understand all completed & ongoing projects and their unique features to explain clearly to customers
  • Improve lead management processes to enable maximum lead conversion
  • Generate higher walk-ins from all types of leads
  •  Cross-use leads for various projects
  • Calling prospective customers and explaining the features of the project
  • Meticulous follow up with the clients and to fix up site visits
  • Suggesting the best property to the clients based on their requirements and budget
  • Participating in property exhibitions and other BTL activities
  • Lead Generation through various sources
  • To ensure the pre-set calling & site visit targets are achieved
  • Handle incoming calls
  • Close collaboration with other functional departments to ensure full customer satisfaction
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience in Pre-Sales preferably in Real Estate

    Responsible for the quality and workmanship of every activity at the site

  • Prepare the Project Specific Quality Plan, inspection and test plans, check- sheets and related procedures.
  • Implement the Quality Management & Control programme for the project.
  • Develop and determine standards to perform inspection and tests on all procedures and oversee testing methods and maintain high standards of quality for all processes
  • Collaborate with Purchase department for all material procurement and maintain quality of materials
  • Ensure all materials delivered to site are inspected and conform to project specifications.
  • Ensure that only Approved and Inspected materials are used
  • To check and ensure that the work done is as per Project Specification, and as per approved drawings.
  •  Ensure that all test reports are verified to meet the specifications.
  • Assist with colleagues to ensure knowledge of all quality standards and ensure compliance to all quality manual and procedures
  • Carry out Internal Audit at the site as part of the Project Quality Plan, PQP.
  • Raise Non Conformance Report (NCR) and initiate corrective action if the work done is not as per Specification or as per approved specifications or normal construction industry practices.
  • Report to the Project Manager of any deficiencies in the operation of Quality Management & Control System
  • Responsible for overseeing/audits of subcontractor Quality Management systems
  •  Prepare the Project Quality Control Report once a month
  • Compile and maintain QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 certification and maintain appropriate records
  • Preparation of the final Project Quality Assurance and Quality Control Report at the end of the project.
  •  Ensure that all RFIs (Request For Information) and the subsequent CVIs (Confirmation of Verbal Instruction) are recorded and filed so there is no dispute as to the scope or process to be followed
  • Requirements

  • B Tech in Civil Engineering
  • Working knowledge of all phases of construction relating to Civil, Architectural and Structural discipline
  • Proven Experience as QA/QC Engineer in Construction site

Job Description
  • Responsible for acquiring all the necessary supplies needed by the company to run its day to day activities and operations
  • Do market research before selection of supplier
  • Negotiate the terms of purchase, price, delivery terms, time of delivery, packaging, mode of transport, freight cost, loading/unloading arrangements and credit terms to the benefit of the company
  • Select vendors, place orders and arrange for service contracts / maintenance contracts
  • Place orders online or over the phone when required
  • Obtains delivery note from supplier and forward to accounts department with agreed credit terms for processing payment
  • Follow up on orders, check for any kind of delays in shipping and ensure that materials are delivered on promised dates
  • Maintain records and follow up files of purchases, shipments, and related matters.
  • Inspect products received for quality and quantity to ensure adherence to specifications
  • Maintain strong working relationships with vendors
  • Review purchasing agreements with vendors
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and establish long-term purchasing arrangements with vendors when it is beneficial to the company
